The Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) responded to the Arizona State Courts Building, which houses the state Supreme Court and Division 1 of the Court of Appeals, after explosives were detected in the mailroom.
According to DPS the report was received at about 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 5.
According to DPS, a joint investigation found multiple vials in the package, two of which tested positive for a homemade explosive substance.
