The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has appointed Jeremiah Schultz as the new White Tank Justice Precinct Constable.
The White Tank Justice Precinct covers the area northwest and southwest of Goodyear and Avondale up until Buckeye, in Supervisorial Districts 4 and 5.
Schultz’s responsibilities will include executing, serving, and returning processes, warrants, and notices, and attending justice courts when required.
By law, the appointee was required to be a Republican like his predecessor Mark Sinclair, live in the White Tank Justice Precinct, and be a registered Arizona voter. Constable Schultz will fill the position through the remainder of the term, which ends on December 31, 2026.
