According to the Phoenix Police Department, around 10:10 p.m., on February 12, officers responded to the area of 75th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard regarding a pedestrian, later identified as 68-years-old Tracie L. Gordon, who had been struck by a vehicle. When officers arrived, they located Tracie in critical condition.
