This week, thousands of Arizonans gathered to show their support for President Trump as he made two stops in the cities of Prescott and Tucson. From securing the border and prioritizing safe communities, fighting for fairer trade deals, and providing massive tax cuts for Arizona families, President Trump has delivered real and lasting results for the Grand Canyon State.
Thanks to President Trump’s leadership, American workers are empowered to fuel the V-shaped recovery our nation so desperately needs. That’s the opposite of what would happen if do-nothing career politicians like Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were put in charge to jeopardize the nation’s recovery and the basic economic security of every Arizonan.
Our state’s economy has boomed thanks to the President’s pro-growth policies, including the addition of hundreds of thousands of new jobs added for Arizona workers over the past three years. Arizonans are also reaping the benefits of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), which saved the average family over $1,300 per year.
Under this Administration, fairer trade deals like the USMCA have leveled the playing field for our farmers, processors, manufacturers, and small businesses. And Arizona knows about trade – our state exports nearly $10 billion annually that supports over 228,000 jobs. Voters here know that President Trump’s historic America First trade deal is far more than just a fulfilled campaign promise. It’s a critically important step for the sustained growth of our powerhouse economy.
While the President leads the Great American Comeback, the Democrats who are asking for your vote here in Arizona – such as Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Mark Kelly – are joining the radical left-wing mob to steal your hard-earned money and crush the spirit of equality and freedom on which the American Dream was founded. And they’re doing this solely to advance their favored political interests. And let’s not forget Biden’s economic plan, which consists of shutting down the economy again and crushing the economic engine of the world.
President Trump has taken the lead on securing our border with nearly 500 miles of border wall scheduled to be completed by the end of this year. Additionally, the Trump Administration has further protected Arizonans and their families by cracking down on human trafficking, taking aim at sanctuary cities, and closing asylum loopholes.
It’s important that everyone knows what is at stake this November if Biden is elected: The safety of our families, the future prosperity of our country, and the economic security of millions of workers across America are at serious risk. In addition to opening our borders, Joe Biden supports sanctuary cities, has said that illegal immigrants detained by local law enforcement should not be turned over to I.C.E., and pledged to extend government-run free health care to illegal immigrants.
But these same terrible policies have also worked their way down the ticket. During Arizona’s U.S. Senate debate, voters were exposed to the real Mark Kelly, his dangerous business ties to the Chinese Communist Party, and his extreme, far-left stance on issues like the Second Amendment, border security, the Green New Deal, and packing the Supreme Court with more left-wing, activist judges.
That’s why it is critically important that we send Martha McSally back to the United States Senate where she will continue to be a champion for Arizonans’ constitutional rights and liberties. She is leading in the Senate to lower our taxes, secure our border, lower prescription drug prices, protect people with pre-existing conditions, and confirm conservative judges to the federal courts – and she will continue to do so after she decisively wins in 2020.
As Election Day quickly approaches, Arizonans will have to decide between two fundamentally different candidates: President Trump, who has put America first, created thousands of jobs, and prioritized the safety of our communities, or Joe Biden, who has made it clear that he will raise our taxes, open our borders, and defund our police.
And as President Trump returned to Arizona for the sixth visit this cycle, the extreme Left saw for themselves the incredible enthusiasm among voters across the Grand Canyon State who have directly benefited from his “Promises Made, Promises Kept” agenda that has put America first for the past four years. That enthusiasm will carry us all the way through November when Arizonans overwhelmingly re-elect President Trump and Republicans down the ballot to ensure the Great American Comeback continues.
