Arizona communists call for statewide resistance

The Communist Party in Arizona has put out a call to action to protest SB 1070. The statewide “resistance” will begin April 25. The nation will focus on the nation’s capitol this week, as the arguments in the matter of SB1070 begin in the Supreme Court.

On Wednesday, the 25th, U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments in the U.S. Department of Justice v. Arizona lawsuit at 7 a.m. Arizona time.

On Tuesday April 24, former Arizona Senator Russell Pearce, and Democratic Senator Steve Gallardo, will testify at the Subcommittee on Immigration, Refugees and Border Security’s hearing on Senate Bill 1070 and the constitutionality of state immigration laws. Reportedly, Arizona’s top top race baiter; Gallardo, and Arizona’s top fear monger; Pearce, fought efforts to prevent them from testifying before the committee headed up by Chuck Schumer. The Governor reportedly tried to offer other representatives but failed in that effort.

Gallardo accepted an invitation from Schumer on Friday, April 13. When asked by a Yellow Sheet reporter about appearing with Pearce, Gallardo responded “I’ll be giving [him] the evil eye.” Gallardo told the Yellow Sheet reporter that “he’ll focus not only on how S1070 has “tarnished” Arizona’s reputation.”

It is doubtful that Gallardo or Pearce will discuss how they have tarnished Arizona’s reputation.

The communist’s email appears to use the exact same language as the internet posting by Derechos Humanos on their website produced by antisocialmediallc.com.

The communist’s email reads:

Join us to continue to send a strong message that we will not tolerate the racism and xenophobia in our communities!
