Bankruptcy Attorney Wroblewski Disbarred

Attorney David R. Wroblewski was disbarred by consent while serving a four-year suspension.

On June 30, 2017, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court accepted Wroblewski’s consent to disbarment. Wroblewski was serving a four-year suspension after winning an appeal stemming from a disbarment ordered on Dec. 11, 2015.

Following the appeal and Wroblewski’s consent to the four-year suspension, the Bar received additional information from an attorney for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee, as well as an order from the Chief Bankruptcy Judge in Arizona detailing Wroblewski’s conduct, which led to Wroblewski’s consent to disbarment.

Wroblewski’s disbarment was effective June 30, 2017. He was ordered to pay $3,379.34 for the costs and expenses associated with his disciplinary proceedings to the State Bar of Arizona.
