Masked Robber Takes Cigarettes From Pima County Circle K

On Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at approximately 5:30 a.m., Pima County deputies responded to the Circle K located at 5818 South Nogales Highway for a report of a theft. When they arrived, deputies learned one suspect had entered the store around 5:26 a.m., walked behind the counter, and began loading multiple packs of cigarettes into a black and blue duffel bag. The suspect grabbed a sandwich as he exited the store around 5:28 a.m. He was last seen running northbound from the store.

The suspect is described as:

  • Hispanic male, in his 20’s.
  • Approximately 5’11” tall, 150 pounds
  • Last seen wearing a dark-colored fedora hat, hospital mask, black long-sleeved shirt, black shorts, black shoes, and gloves

Community Problems detectives have taken over the investigation and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect from this case.
