Brearcliffe Appointed To Arizona Court of Appeals

Governor Ducey has appointed Judge Sean Brearcliffe to the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division Two, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Michael O. Miller.

In 2013, Brearcliffe was appointed to the Pima County Superior Court by Governor Brewer. He served three years on the family bench, and is currently serving on the criminal bench.

Brearcliffe previously worked in Tucson for the Law Offices of Richard D. Burris for 2 years, and then practiced for 15 years at Rusing, Lopez & Lizardi. While in private practice, he generally practiced civil and commercial litigation with a focus on business and contract disputes and construction law.
