Pima County Scratcher Lottery Thief Sought

On September 7, 2017, at approximately 9:35 p.m., a male subject walked into the Circle K located at 4965 West Ajo Highway, went behind the counter, and stole several Arizona Lottery Scratcher Tickets.

Again, on September 8, 2017, at approximately 3:56 a.m., the same person went to the Circle K located at 4650 South Palo Verde Road and took more scratcher tickets from behind the counter.

The male is described as:

  • Hispanic; in his mid-30s to 40s, with a shaved head and sleeve tattoos on his left arm
  • Approximately 5’6” in height, 225 pounds
  • Last seen wearing a black LA Dodgers hat, black t-shirt with the phrase “Hustle All Day”, blue jeans, and white shoes.

The stolen scratcher tickets were presented for payment by the suspect at multiple convenience stores in the area of Valencia Road and Ajo Highway.

Detectives have taken over the investigation and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect from this case.
