Cold Pima County Cigarette, Alcohol Theft Case Under Investigation

On Sunday, November 19, 2017, just before 1:30 a.m., Pima County deputies responded to the Circle K located at 3065 South Kinney Road for a report of a theft. When deputies arrived, they learned two male suspects had entered the store, hopped over the counter, and proceeded to load two bags full of cigarettes and alcohol.

The suspects ran out of the store less than two minutes later.

The first suspect is described as:

  • Hispanic male, in his late teens or early 20s, medium height and build
  • Last seen wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt, black shorts
  • Carrying a black Arizona Cardinals bag

The second suspect is described as:

  • Male, unknown age, medium height and build
  • Last seen wearing a bandana on his face, a light-colored striped hooded sweatshirt,
  • Carrying a black bag

Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects in this case. Anyone with information is asked to call 9-1-1. You can also submit an anonymous tip, with the potential for a reward, by text, phone, or by going to 88-CRIME.org.
