Tucson Police Obtain Arrest Warrant For 18-Year-Old On Felony Domestic Violence Charges

The Tucson Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 18-year-old Daniel Madrid. Madrid is alleged to have pointed a handgun at his victim and not let her leave. He also strangled, punched and kicked her. The victim had significant bruising and swelling.

Madrid has an active felony warrant for Domestic Violence/Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Domestic Violence/Aggravated Assault – Strangulation and 2 counts of Domestic Violence/Kidnapping.

Madrid is described as a Hispanic male, 5’4″, 140lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He may have access to the pictured silver 2002 Toyota Echo. The vehicle does not have a valid license plate.

Police say that Madrid should be considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, or his vehicle, or have information on his whereabouts, call 911 and do not approach him.
