Why is it so difficult for thoughtful and sensible people to agree that assault weapons are used only for mass murder? Are our children or loved ones not worth this small concession to the NRA or the beloved second amendment? Keep your home protection guns and your hunting rifles.
We could give money to Gabby Gifford’s or another worthy gun control organization. I stopped giving money to political causes after the Dem’s stabbed Bernie Sanders in the back. His own party. There is always more money from the wizards behind the curtain who run this country. The only possible solution is to change your party affiliation to independent so no political party can claim you and do the work to elect young adults, women and men who care about the children and all important safety issues. Do the work to keep electing them until there are no more old white guys in congress or in the state legislature.
