Arrest Made In Pima County Perfume Theft

On December 28, 2017, at approximately 2:41 p.m., Pima County deputies responded to the Walgreens located at 313 West Esperanza Boulevard for a report of a theft. When deputies arrived, they learned several cosmetic items, to include cologne and perfumes, had been taken by a group of individuals. Witnesses described one adult male accompanied by four juvenile males.

The adult male is described as:

  • Caucasian or Hispanic
  • Age estimated 40s to 50s
  • Average height, large build, and gray facial hair
  • Last seen wearing a black baseball hat worn backwards, a gray sweatshirt, and a black t-shirt.

Green Valley detectives have taken over the investigation and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in this case. Anyone with information is asked to call 9-1-1. You can also submit an anonymous tip, with the potential for a reward, by text, phone, or by going to 88-CRIME.org.

Recently on March 2, 2018, Noe Bustillos, a 43 year old male, was charged with Shoplifting in reference to this case. Mr. Bustillos was located with the assistance of the Tucson Police Department, and was booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex.
