Search Warrant Served At Sahuarita Arby’s, 3 Arrested

At the same time Arby’s employees were serving food, Sahuarita Police were serving a warrant at the restaurant located at 19220 S. Interstate 19 Frontage Rd. Sahuarita residents Elijah Schmitt, age 19, Marius Carreon-Padilla, age 21, and Jazmine Diaz, age 19, were arrested.

On the morning of September 15, 2018, Sahuarita Police officers responded to the 600 block of W. Desert Blossom to serve a narcotics search warrant. A search of the residence was conducted led to an additional search warrant being obtained for the Arby’s.

Schmitt, Carreon-Padilla, and Diaz, age 19, were booked into the Pima County Jail on the following charges:

Elijah Schmitt:
– ARS 13-3405 A1 Possession of Marijuana
– ARS 13-3405 A2 Possession of Marijuana for Sale
– ARS 13-3415 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Marius Carreon-Padilla:
– ARS 13-3405 A1 Possession of Marijuana
– ARS 13-3405 A2 Possession of Marijuana for sale
– ARS 13-3415 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Jazmine Diaz:
– ARS 13-3405 A1 Possession of Marijuana
