The Pima County Sheriff’s Office has identified 41-year-old Shane Martin and 29-year-old Hope Keeter as suspects in a homicide of 73-year-old Julia Rankin.
According to the Pima County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a check welfare call at Ms. Rankin’s residence in the 4200 block of East Dover Stravenue on April 26, 2019, at approximately 7:00 p.m. Deputies discovered her body which had obvious signs of trauma.
Martin and Keeter are believed to have left Arizona and may be on their way to Carroll County, Arkansas area where they were last known to be living.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these individuals is asked to call 9-1-1 or contact their local law enforcement agency.
