4 Tucson “Get The Money” Gang Members Indicted

Four men, who are members of a Tucson-based criminal street gang that calls itself the Get Money, Gang have been indicted by a state Grand Jury. According to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, the allegations in the indictment arise out of an investigation into multiple shootings allegedly committed to increase the stature of the gang.

Gang members are accused of participating in at least one of four different shootings that reportedly damaged several occupied homes in December 2018. In one shooting, for example, the indictment alleges that a 16-year-old was severely injured when his finger was nearly shot off.

Marc Anthony Hatter was charged with six counts each of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Misconduct Involving Weapons; three counts each of Assisting a Criminal Street Gang and Discharging a Firearm at a Residential Structure; and one count each of Attempted Second Degree Murder, Drive by Shooting, Participating in a Criminal Street Gang, Money Laundering in the First Degree, Illegally Conducting an Enterprise, Discharging a Firearm at a Residential Structure, Disorderly Conduct, and Conspiracy.

Erubiel Alexis Bojorquez was charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon; and one count each of Assisting a Criminal Street Gang, Discharging a Firearm at a Residential Structure, Drive by Shooting, Illegally Conducting an Enterprise, and Conspiracy.

Isaiah Nikko Meza was charged with seven counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon; three counts each of Discharging a Firearm at a Residential Structure and Assisting a Criminal Street Gang; two counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder; and one count each of Aggravated Assault causing Serious Physical Injury, Drive By Shooting, Illegally Conducting an Enterprise, Disorderly Conduct, and Conspiracy.

Israel Xavier Meza was charged with four counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon; two counts each of Attempted Second Degree Murder, Assisting a Criminal Street Gang, Discharging a Firearm at a Residential Structure, and Misconduct Involving Weapons; and one count each of Aggravated Assault causing Serious Physical Injury, Participating in a Criminal Street Gang, Money Laundering in the First Degree, Illegally Conducting an Enterprise, Disorderly Conduct, and Conspiracy.
