A group of protesters outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Phoenix blocked a downtown street in anticipation of announced ICE apprehensions on Sunday.
Police arrested three protesters who refused to get off light rail tracks.

Anyone who is blocking the Light Rail tracks or the roadway are asked to leave the area of Central between Encanto & McDowell for their safety. Anyone involved in criminal activity is subject to arrest.
