PHOENIX — Phoenix Police are investigating shootings at a condominium complex near 3rd Avenue and Osborn Road that occurred Monday evening at approximately 5:00 p.m.
One man is dead, one is suffering from serious injuries and the third man is suffering from non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities have no identified the victims and an investigation is underway.
