Amber Alert: West Virginia girl abducted; suspect vehicle seen in Arizona

PHOENIX — An Amber Alert was issued Tuesday morning for a West Virginia girl after her alleged abductor’s vehicle was seen in Arizona.

Gracelynn Scritchfield, 4, was allegedly abducted July 6 by her biological father in Fairmont, according to West Virginia State Police.

She is believed to be traveling in a gold 2001 Subaru Forester with West Virginia license plate 1TH163. The vehicle may also have two bungee cords securing the rear hatch door.
