TUCSON – Tucson Police Department have identified 29 year-old Romulo M. Bacarse as the decedent discovered on a ranch in the 12900 block of S. Old Nogales Highway on August 14.
On August 18, Tucson Police released images of two identifiable tattoos found on Mr. Bacarse in hopes of identifying him.
According to Tucson Police, through social media, an acquaintance of Mr. Bacarse recognized the tattoos and immediately reported it to police. Detectives were able to conduct several interviews and ultimately identified Mr. Bacarse as the decedent.
