Man Arrested In Mexico, 2 More Suspects Wanted In Deadly Casa Grande Shooting

CASA GRANDE — A man wanted by the Pinal county Sheriff’s Office, Alex Leon, was apprehended in Mexico in connection with a deadly shooting in the Casa Grande area last week.

According to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, Leon was turned over to US authorities at the Nogales Port of Entry on Monday. He was then turned over to Pinal County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) Homicide Detectives.

The deceased victim has been identified as Chad Bruno. The other victim, Alexia Resendiz has been released from the hospital.

The Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that the men all knew each other and met at the location of the shooting.

Leon was booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention on Homicide and Aggravated assault.

Two other suspects, Ryan Jesus Gastelum and Ricardo Melchor are believed to be in Mexico.

  1. I’m just gonna guess on the immigration status of Alex Leon, Ryan Jesus Gastelum and Ricardo Melchor who ran home to Mexico after the deadly crime spree.
    Libtards who oppose Trumps wall and greater border security share some degree of responsability for the senseless death of Chad Bruno and the wounding of Alexia Resendiz.
