Being transparent is defined as intentionally baring your soul to the world by showing your true self to others. Most people hide their essence in fear of rejection, lack of self-confidence, broken-hearted, or lack of fulfillment in life; there are many reasons a person will hold back who they are.
Arizona State Superintendent, Kathy Hoffman, a first-time officeholder who has her ear? The Superintendent of Instruction announced two appointments to the executive team:
● Claudio Coria, who serves as Chief of Staff at ADE recently held the Executive Director for Leadership at the Phoenix Union High School District since 2016.
● Whitney Marsh now is Deputy Chief of Staff. Ms. Marsh came to ADE from the Arizona Board of Regents, where she served as Director of Strategic Initiatives.
● Reportedly a Senator, and an activist of the House of Representatives.

Many questions are left unanswered such as, who was held accountable? Did discipline take place under the Arizona Department of Education leadership? Did families receive letters of apology? What role if any does our Superintendent of Instruction play?

Are there teachers on the Task Force? Parents? What and who are the Advisory groups other than Arizona Educators Associates (AEA)?
