GILBERT – Gilbert Fire and Rescue responded to report of a crashed hot air balloon on Tuesday, December 29. The crash occurred in the area of Greenfield and Germann Roads.
According to tweets from the agency, seven of the nine passengers in the balloon were treated for minor injuries on the scene.
There was minimal property damage.
Crews are responding to a hot air balloon crash in the area of Greenfield & Germann involving 7 patients who are expected to be treated on scene.
