
On Friday at 8 p.m., SRP advised customers that it had a technical issue impacting phone lines, the mobile app, My Account login and M-Power, pre-pay customers.
For M-Power customers an electronic code entered into their M-Power device will get them back into power. The code and detailed instructions can be found on the top of the page at www.srpnet.com.
