Out of an abundance of caution, Tirrito Farms LLC is recalling 28 gallon and 48 half gallon bottles of Whole Milk due to insufficient pasteurization.
The Arizona Department of Agriculture alerted Tirrito Farms LLC of the issue which was discovered through routine sampling. At this time, there been no known illnesses associated with the product.
Currently, the Department is embargoing all bottles of milk that were produced in the affected lot. The action came following the confirmed detection of high levels of an enzyme that indicates improper pasteurization.
Tirrito Farms LLC is taking steps to recall the 28 gallon and 48 half gallon bottles Torrito Farms LLC Whole Milk that has an expiration date of 11-21-21.
