Arizona Leaders And First Responders Rally Against Biden Vaccine Mandate Blocked By Court

Supporters of first responders and other public servants gathered at the Arizona Capitol on Tuesday to stand in solidarity against vaccine mandates. Just hours later a federal judge blocked President Joe Biden’s unconstitutional COVID-19 vaccine mandates for federal contractors and employees in a case brought by the Attorney General of Georgia.

Georgia was joined by Alabama, Kansas, South Carolina, Utah, and West Virginia. Later, Arizona, Florida, Texas, and Oklahoma followed suit. The Phoenix Law Enforcement Association (PLEA) and the United Phoenix Firefighters Association Local 493 (UPFA) were among the plaintiffs in Arizona’s action.

As a result of the ruling the City of Phoenix suspended its vaccine mandate.

The states argued that the Biden administration lacks the authority to require vaccinations and the mandate violates the U.S. Constitution.
