
A Tucson man, Eric Christopher Segundo-Antone, has been sentenced to 33 months in prison followed by a lifetime of supervised release.
Segundo-Antone previously pleaded guilty to Sexual Abuse of a Minor.
Sometime between June 1, 2018, and December 31, 2018, Segundo-Antone, age 22, an enrolled member of the Tohono O’odham Nation, engaged in a sexual act with the victim, who was 14 years old at the time. The offense occurred on the Tohono O’odham Indian Reservation in the village of Topawa.
