Phoenix homicide detectives are investigating an early morning shooting that resulted in the death of an adult male victim.
Phoenix officers responded to a shooting call near 2500 West Maryland Avenue just after 6:00 a.m., on April 25, 2023. When officers got to the scene, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries. The suspect left prior to police getting to the scene.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTEGO) and provide an anonymous tip. Rewards will be paid for information leading to an arrest in this case.
