Phoenix Police detectives are investigating a shooting near a residence that left one man dead.
On September 17, 2024, around 9:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of 26th Place and Monte Vista Road regarding a shooting. When officers arrived, they located an adult male with at least one gunshot wound. The man did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene.
Homicide detectives are asking anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO) and provide an anonymous tip. Rewards will be paid for information leading to an arrest in this case.
