The investigation, prompted by multiple complaints of undelivered custom window treatments, revealed that All Good Shutter and Blind had been accepting payments without fulfilling orders since its operation began in 2016 until its closure in December 2023.
Under the settlement, the company’s owners will pay $62,500 for customer refunds. Additionally, they must commit to honest advertising and timely delivery of services and goods in Arizona.
The settlement requires that All Good’s owners to “refrain from falsely representing that the goods and/or services they advertise, offer, or sell in or from Arizona will be delivered in a timely manner if such goods and/or services are not available for delivery or fulfillment in a timely manner,” and “deliver services and/or goods they advertise or sell In an around Arizona in a timely manner and no later than actually represented to consumers.”
The Attorney General’s Office will contact eligible consumers regarding refunds.
