Phoenix Police Department detectives are looking for a suspect in a deadly shooting that took the life of a man near 4900 W Cheery Lynn Road.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, on the afternoon of March 8, 2025, at around 3:30 p.m., patrol officers responded to an emergency call of a shooting near 4900 W Cheery Lynn Rd. When officers got to the scene, they found a man shot. The man was transported to the hospital where he later died.
Detectives learned that an altercation took place involving the victim when the shooting occurred. The unidentified suspect fled in an unknown vehicle with an unidentified driver.
