Phoenix Police detectives are investigating West Phoenix shooting that claimed the life of a man.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, on April 24, 2025, around 9:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of 51st Avenue and Latham Street regarding a shooting. When officers arrived, they located 54-year-old Brad Neel with at least one gunshot wound. Neel was transported to a nearby hospital but did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
Homicide detectives are asking anyone with information to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO) and provide an anonymous tip. Rewards will be paid for information leading to an arrest in this case.
