CONCURRENT RESOLUTION, VOTER REFERRAL BILLS.
So far, the legislature has approved and sent to the Secretary of State 30 bills, none of which is a voter referral bill. We are tracking 19 bills that, if approved by both chambers, would go to the voters for an up or down vote. None of those bills have cleared both chambers. The 11 House bills on our list are awaiting Senate approval, and the 8 Senate bills are awaiting House approval. Voters who tend to contact legislators regarding pending legislation may wish to do so regarding these bills. In Arizona we have several organizations that facilitate this, including https://azpeopleslobbyist.com/ Here is the list of those pending bills.
