Justin Davidson on one count of First-Degree Murder, a Class One Felony, for the death of his wife, Danielle Crosbie-Davidson.

On June 11, 2025, Crosbie-Davidson was found deceased in her room at Eternal Springs of Gilbert, a long-term care facility where she was being treated for advanced dementia. Davidson, who had been visiting from California, was staying in the room with her at the time.

Facility staff contacted Gilbert Police after discovering the victim deceased and noting concerning circumstances. Investigators conducted interviews and reviewed evidence that led to Davidson’s arrest.

Davidson is being held on a one-million-dollar bond, with a trial tentatively set for February 2026.

  1. Im not going to divulge too much..but his wife was one of my patients. This was no mercy killing and she didnt have the capacity to state what she wanted and wasn’t actively dying and suffering. SO much more to this story. Cant wait for the truth to come out. He wanted her MONEY and care is very expensive…don’t assume this was for mercy for a moment

  2. So she was in hospice for advanced dementia?

When the Justice Department serves the department, not so much the justice.

  3. you can “ABORT” but not this late in term… euthanasia not permitted to shorten after life care. YET.

    • should have just done medical tourism in canada, They would have offed her for him, that Maid program up there just recently Killed off around 15k plus Canadians

  4. This woman was being treated for advanced dementia – I don’t think first degree murder (the most serious charge for killing someone) is warranted here.
