A teenage Prescott High School Student is dead after crashing his motorcycle in Prescott early Wednesday morning, according to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, just after 7:30 am on Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, deputies responded to a fatal motorcycle accident on Williamson Valley Road between Burnt Ranch and Sylvan Road.
First responders performed life-saving measures on the rider. Unfortunately, the rider, a 16-year-old male, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The initial investigation reveals that speed was likely a factor; however, the crash remains under investigation.
The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office extended its “heartfelt condolences to the teen’s family, loved ones, and the entire Prescott High School community.”
