5 Injured in Phoenix Party Shooting

On April 18, 2026, at approximately 1:19 a.m., Phoenix Police officers responded to the area of 95th Avenue and Cordes Road regarding a shots‑fired call. When officers arrived, they located a juvenile female with at least one gunshot wound.

The teen was transported to a nearby hospital with serious injuries and is now considered to be stable.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, in addition to this victim, four other individuals self‑transported to a nearby hospital. All suffered at least one gunshot wound. Among these four victims, one was a juvenile and the remaining three were adults. All injuries related to these additional victims are considered non-life‑threatening.

The Phoenix Police Department’s Non‑Fatal Shoot Team responded and assumed the investigation. The preliminary investigation indicates that a house party was occurring at a nearby home and as the party was breaking the shooting occurred. Additional details remain part of the ongoing investigation.
