On April 9, Yavapai County Sheriff’s Detectives arrested 44-year-old Andy Racer of Tonopah following an investigation into illegal sexual communications targeting a minor.
Through the course of the investigation, Detectives determined that Racer had been sending explicit text messages and images over several weeks.
Detectives also discovered that Racer is a registered sex offender. Racer was found in possession of sexual images involving young children.
Racer was booked into custody on charges of Aggravated Luring of a Minor, Attempted Sexual Conduct with a Minor, and 10 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
