Maricopa County Animal Care & Control is encouraging people to adopt their Valentine and are waiving select adoption fees for a limited time.
“We’re committed to finding forever Valentine’s for the pets in our care. Typically, large dogs spend a longer time waiting to be adopted, so their adoption fees will be waived during this promotion,” says Maricopa County Animal Care & Control (MCACC) Communications Officer Hannah Carl. The animal shelter is also waiving fees on cats.
The promotion will last to Saturday, February 19th and is valid at both the shelter’s East and West side locations.
“We’re hoping to find love for hundreds of animals through this event. We’re incredibly grateful for Southwest Retail for sponsoring this promotion,” says Carl.
Any pet adopted through this promotion will also go home with a brand-new leash, collar, bowl, and bandana, while supplies last, courtesy of Tito’s Vodka.
