Phoenix Police detectives are investigating a Central Phoenix shooting that claimed the life of a man.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, on July 27, 2025, around 2:05 p.m., officers responded to the area of Central Avenue and Culver Street regarding a shooting. When officers arrived, they located an adult male with at least one gunshot wound. The man was transported to a nearby hospital but did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
Homicide detectives ask anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO) and provide an anonymous tip. Rewards will be paid for information leading to an arrest in this case.
