An illegal alien taco shop owner, Blademir Angulo Audeves, pleaded guilty this week to one count of Alien in Possession of a Firearm and one count of Knowingly Employing Unauthorized Aliens.

Audeves’s sentencing is scheduled for October 28, 2025, before United States District Judge Humetewa, according to the Department of Justice.

In his plea, Audeves admitted that he owned and operated El Taqueria El Taco Loko LLC, which included a brick-and-mortar restaurant and two mobile restaurants in the Phoenix-metro area. As the owner and operator of the restaurants, Audeves knowingly hired and employed at least twelve unauthorized aliens, who were either not lawfully admitted for permanent residence to the United States or were not authorized to be employed in the United States.

Audeves, a Mexican citizen without legal authority to be in the United States, also admitted to knowingly possessing three firearms in July 2025, along with ammunition, all of which was prohibited because of his immigration status.

A conviction for Alien in Possession of a Firearm carries a maximum penalty of fifteen years of imprisonment and a maximum fine of $250,000. A conviction for Knowingly Employing Unauthorized Aliens carries a maximum penalty of six months of imprisonment and a maximum fine of $3,000 for each unauthorized alien with respect to whom such a violation occurs.

  1. I love entrepreneurs, even illegal ones. Yes, he’s got to go, but there’s no need to celebrate a productive person’s misfortune, esp. the BS gun charges, which according to the Bruen decision should be thrown out, period. That fact that people gleeful want to throw an actual working man under the jail reminds me of why the Salem Witch trials happened, and is a reminder that we really aren’t evolved all that far from our Dark Ages progenitors.

  2. Throw him in jail and throw away the key. Then deport him…..If I were convicted of those crimes in Mexico, especially the gun violation, you would never see me again….

  3. This is what happens when you choose to ignore the law. This guy is obviously not a threat to society, he’s a business man and a successful one at that. But he made the conscious decision to circumvent the law and risk a lot of money. Now he’s going to be severely set back in life with a criminal record and probably no chance to become a US citizen. The tragedy of entering the US the wrong way cuts both ways. It’s not just a burden on us citizens, it prevents those who come here illegally the ability to be prosperous and successful.

    • How can you state he obviously doesn’t pose a threat. What is obvious is he most likely is. You think there’s no money laundering or human smuggling and drug trafficking working for the cartels? Social security fraud? Child sex trafficking? All highly probable. Please don’t be so naive.

    • “obviously not a threat”????
Money laundering, human trafficking, social security fraud, IRS fraud, probably child sex trafficking. Anything the cartels tell him to do.

  4. How were public health standards upheld among illegals with no identity? Investigators must have known and ignored these violations endangering consumers.
