Arizona is among the Top 10 States with the Most Coronavirus Restrictions.

According to an analysis of 19 key metrics, Arizona is the 9th most restricted state, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The personal-finance website WalletHub ranked the states according to coronavirus restrictions. WalletHub compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia across 19 key metrics. The data set ranges from whether the state has any penalties for non-compliance with COVID-19 legislation to whether the state has required face masks in public and health checks at restaurants.

Despite this high ranking, Democrats have demanded that Governor Doug Ducey, a Republican, lock down the state more.

At the same time, Ducey is being sued by small businesses that argue the science does not support his restrictive and “unfair policies.”
