Phoenix Motorcyclist Killed In Hit-And-Run

A motorcyclist was killed when a driver failed to yield to traffic.

ran On April 29, 2026, at approximately 6:00 p.m., officers responded to the area of 33rd Avenue and Cactus Road regarding a collision involving a motorcycle. When officers arrived, they located the adult male rider, identified as 58-year-old Michael Webb, who had sustained serious injuries.

Webb was transported to a nearby hospital, where he did not survive and was pronounced deceased.

The other vehicle involved in the collision left the scene prior to police arrival.

Detectives believe that the at‑fault vehicle was traveling westbound on the frontage road on the north side of Cactus Road when the driver failed to yield to traffic on Cactus Road and collided with the motorcycle driven by Webb.
