On Monday, the Pima County Board of Supervisors will proclaim August 20 as Anti-bullying Day. Carroll, who has developed a reputation for being a bully, is the sponsor of the proclamation.
Two junior high school students; author Levi Fallavollita, and illustrator Gabe Villa, will be present at the Board’s meeting for the proclamation, at 130 W. Congress St. at 9 a.m. The pair addressed bullying in their book, The Good, the bad, and the bullies. Proceeds from the book will be used to support a web page Levi created; thegoodthebadandthebullies.com , to increase awareness of the problem.
Carroll recently used the two young authors’ book signing at a local bookstore as an election photo opportunity.
Carroll’s bullying is nearly legendary across Pima County. Many women in the GOP retell their encounters of the Carroll kind as warnings to each other.
