Does FBI Scrutiny Suspend Civil Rights?

Immediately following horrible killings in Orlando, Hillary Clinton proclaims anyone who is, or has been, under FBI investigation is a threat.

In a Cleveland speech Hillary Clinton stated, “If the FBI is watching you for a suspected terrorist link, you shouldn’t be able to just go buy a gun with no questions asked.”

Hillary strongly advocates anyone subjected to FBI scrutiny, whether a current investigation or a past investigation, should be restricted in purchasing a firearm–especially an “assault weapon.”

In Hillary’s world simply being questioned by the FBI is enough to block a person’s Second Amendment rights.
Interesting.

Might we assume anyone who has been under FBI scrutiny (several times) and who is currently under investigation by the FBI for criminal offenses should be blocked from running for President?

When might we expect Hillary’s withdrawal from the race?
