In this email, Conrad is referring to an article in the Casa Grande Dispatch in which Brnovich said that he knew RICO to be “an effective tool for law enforcement. However, the potential for abuse or misuse is there.†Brnovich declined to comment for the Center’s article which also cites his comments in the Dispatch. Notice that despite being told by Conrad that the meeting will be at the Attorney General’s office, Voyles, who was elected for his physical appearance only, asks where the meeting will be held.
