On September 7, 2017, a Pima County jury convicted Trinidad Blanco Jr. of three counts of Sexual Assault and Kidnapping a Domestic Violence Offense.
In September of last year, Blanco locked an ex in a bathroom and forcibly sexually assaulted her. During the assault the victim’s toddler was crying on the other side of the locked door.
After the assault, the victim took her young child to a neighbor’s home and reported the crime. When questioned by authorities Blanco admitted to sexually assaulting the victim.
