Clapper: It’s ‘A Good Thing’ FBI Was Spying On Trump Campaign
By Julia Nista

Former Director of Intelligence James Clapper said Thursday night on CNN that it was “a good thing” there was an FBI informant spying on the Trump campaign.

Clapper admitted the FBI “may have had someone who was talking to them in the campaign,” referring to President Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. He explained away the possibility of an FBI informant spying on the campaign as the bureau was trying to find out “what the Russians were doing to try to substantiate themselves in the campaign or influence or leverage it.”

Obama’s Director of National Intelligence then went on to say, “So, if there was someone that was observing that sort of thing, that’s a good thing.”

  1. And yet no one has been charged with a crime, millions of dollars have been spent, the swamp creatures are still alive and well and Hillary still lost. Where has the conscience of this country gone?

  2. Our country has become apathetic, some people just don’t want to confront anything that makes them uncomfortable. People are in fear of confrontations, they might get hurt so evil goes on unabated. Society has lost their conscience, just make money and play their X box games, just hit the nightclub and drink away their ethics and integrity and hopefully they will not remember conflict of the day before.
Mob mentality like antifa, BLM,#Metoo, the newest societal peer pressure that shouts down any sense of reason, just riot, break, tear, smear and burn down those that oppose your ideology.
Is it too late to turn this country around? I would like to think it’s not, but we live in a world just 2 minutes to Midnight.

    • Are “we” really to blame or is it not the GOP and the Democrat Party and their leaders who should shoulder most of the blame? They are the gate keepers to our government and one of the duties the officials they helped put into office undertake (by oath) when elected is to support and defend our constitution, the foundation of which is the rule of law. Few of our elected officials in either Party are meeting these responsibilities and there is nothing the public can do about their failure to abide by their oaths and for those without firm religious or moral beliefs, oaths are meaningless. However, we CAN throw the bums out and the time for that is most certainly upon us. When the City of Tucson, Pima County and the Governor of the State of Arizona find our constitution and other laws inconvenient to their political and personal ambitions, they either ignore them, or when forced to confront them, use taxpayer funds to attempt to convince Judges that the plain language of the law means something entirely different and when they lose the argument in the first instance they appeal and continue to appeal until they get a favorable decision (often by a judge they helped get elected or appointed) or the issue becomes meaningless as life moves on. In these circumstances, party loyalty has no place for voters who truly want better, honest government. In my view, the current Mayor and all the Councilmen are implicated in this lawlessness as are the three Democrats on the County Board of Supervisors and Governor Ducey and they must all be thrown out of office at the first opportunity. Of course, each voter must make these judgments for themselves and if they are as corrupt as these officials and party loyalty is their guide, we certainly are at the precipice of disaster.

      • Yes “we” really are to blame. We have become wet noodles, complacent and haven’t the brains the redfored people have. We cannot organize to refuse to put up with their lawlessness. We don’t have the spirit of our forefathers who fought against the Red coats.

I see that spirit in some countries who are willing to gamble life against their corrupt govts. People like Lech Walesa of the early ’80s in Poland, Tiananman Square, who although they lost, at least still tried. Even Mexico, when Benito Juarez kicked the French out of Mexico. Now the people are totally under the corrupted again, flooding our country to get away instead of fighting for their country. People dying to get the vote for legitimate elections.

So yes, we the people are to blame. We have not formed a better “watchdog” organization with bite to call out the corruption in DC. President Trump is trying but he can’t do it alone. We who voted Trump in should be demanding en bloc that Mueller end his impotent investigation NOW!. If we don’t the demon-crats will win.
I refuse to allow my G G daughter sweet as she is at 5 to grow up in a crazy liberal looney world.
