At approximately noon on Sunday, the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue responded to a report of a downed aircraft in the Hualapai Mountains. The female occupant was killed and the male was seriously hurt.
The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board will be conducting an investigation into the crash.
