In January 2018, Tucson Police officers began investigating a report of a possible inappropriate sexual relationship involving Robert Forman II and a juvenile female.
Earlier this month, Forman was sentenced to probation for five years.
Forman was convicted of sexual conduct with a minor on March 19. He was found not guilty of three other charges including sexual conduct with a minor.
Forman is a former assistant volleyball coach at Ironwood Ridge High School where he met the female.
