17-Year-Old Stabbed, Killed At Peoria Circle K

The 17-year-old Glendale resident, identified as Elijah Alamin, was stabbed and killed on July 4, 2019, 27-year-old Michael Adams, who claimed he was bothered by the young man’s rap music.

According to Peoria Police, officers responded to a report of a stabbing at the Circle K located at 6735 W Peoria Ave. Officers arrived on scene and located Elijah who had been stabbed in the neck. Elijah was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.

Officers arrived on the scene and within minutes were able to locate Adams and took him into custody without incident.

Preliminary information shows that Elijah was in the store when Adams came up and stabbed him in the neck area. Adams then left the store on foot.

Adams was booked into the 4th Avenue Jail on Murder charges.
